About this apartment rental
The apartment is one of 3 located in a building on the left side of Santa Croce church, one of the most important sites of Florence, in the historical center.
It is at 2nd floor without elevator but it is easily accessible by 2 flights of stairs. It was totally renovated and refurnished in 2014.
The entrance opens into a spacious room divided into a living area with a sofa (bed), TV, HiFi audio system, books and DVDs, where to relax after a hard day of visit around the city; a modern kitchen area with a table for 4/6 people, fully equipped with all you need to cook. The washing machine is here, too.
From this room departs a corridor to the back where is located the bathroom with a spacious shower, a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed that can be closed to use this room as a studio, and the main bedroom with a king size bed.
All the rooms are air conditioned and heated autonomously.
A free wireless connection to the internet is available.

Great location, very clean, friendly and communication with the host was great. The place had everything you could need in the kitchen. Close to everything and delicious restaurant just downstairs!! Would recommend to anyone :)

I arrived in Florence with a sprained ankle so mobility for the first half of my stay was limited. Being in a beautiful, comfortable (air-conditioned) apartment was a blessing. I was thrilled to discover that the highly-rated restaurant Baldovino and pastry shop Finisterrae were literally a hop from my front door.

We were very happy with this apartment. It was a short walk to all the popular tourist sites. There were dozens of restaurants within a two minute walk. We did not spend much time there awake as we were out early and home late almost every day. We did enjoy viewing the pictures we took on the television using the Google Chromecast. I definitely recommend this apartment.

OrThe apartment is newly remodeled in mostly IKEA decor. Very clean. Close to all of Firenze for walking on both sides of the Arno. The apartment is a walkup and very safe. There are good restaurants and shops nearby as is the old quarter with museums and architecture.
We were able to cook several meals as well. We recommend this location for convenience and cleanliness and safety.
