Tolle ruhige Lage, direkt am Waldrand, perfekt für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Gemütlich eingerichtet, verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, große Küche.
Der Kamin wäre nutzbar gewesen, dadurch dass er aber offen war, ist schnell das ganze Haus zugeräuchert. Haus war extrem gut beheizt, wir mussten erstmal die Heizung runterdrehen. In diesem Punkt muss ich den anderen Bewertungen widersprechen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, allerdings so komfortabel, wie das Haus angepriesen wurde ist es nicht. Der Fußboden besteht in den oberen Stockwerken aus Pressspanplatten, die Betten sind zum Teil nur auf Rollen gestellte Holzlattenroste. Die obere Toilette hat eine viel zu kleine und kaputte Klobrille. Die Beleuchtung ist in einigen Zimmern unzureichend, so dass man sobald es dunkel ist zusätzlich mit Taschenlampe agieren muss. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok, aber mit 7 Personen ist man auch schnell am Limit angekommen. Das Servise besteht aus vielen verschiedenen Einzelteilen. Es gibt gerade mal 1 Schüssel, 1 Platte und kein Salatsieb, viele verschiedene Messer für zwei aufgebrauchte Holzschneidebretter. Im Wohnzimmer haben 8 Personen Platz (mehr Stühle sind auch gar nicht da). In der Küche können vier Personen sitzen. Bei Bedarf ist eine Ansprechperson schnell zur Stelle.

We liked the atmosphere of the house and had some very nice days. 15 min by car to the parking of klinovec ski area (driving slowly with snow chains), we liked it to be a little remote but therefore be able to see a little more of the villages around.
The only minus was that both internal fireplaces didn't work properly so we couldn't use them.
