Brilliant location

No air con in room and it was exceptionally hot.
No room service expected beds to be made, clean towels, no water provided after first night and lack of replenish toiletries. Cockroach in room.
Dogs should be kept on leads instead of roaming the grounds. Owners allowing dogs to use the grounds as a toilet and not clean up after pet. Also dogs at the breakfast table unhygienic.
Insufficient sun Loungers in garden with one broken. Disappointed that one couple decided use 3 for themselves.
Bar in evening closed at 8:00pm so unable to get a drink in the evening and hotel has a strict no food or drink brought into the hotel policy.
No staff on premises over night very concerning if there was an emergency.

Very stylish, fully equipped with lovely indoor swimming pool and in a great position for walking or cycling around Le Touquet.
Lovely breakfast and thanks to Frederick and Clemence for hosting us.
Parking also very convenient and secure.

Very welcoming, spoke fluent English, nothing was too much trouble, lovely breakfast, very quiet location, overall a very pleasant stay & would highly recommend.
That we didn’t stay for longer to be able to enjoy the pool & relaxing area. Next time we will be better prepared.
