Villa le Clôt du Ventoux
Seasonal rental located in the small village of Montbrun les Bains in Drôme Provençale, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, 70 km from Avignon. We are in the land of truffles and lavenders, and the magnificent mountain of Mont Ventoux.
New villa with every comfort for 6 people:
Air-conditioned villa of 80m2.
- Three rooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 160 cm bed, night table, wardrobe, armchair, console.
bedroom 2: on the mezzanine, 1 double bed, night table, dressers.
bedroom 3: 2 single beds, bedside tables, storage cabinets.
- Living room: corner sofa, tv, wifi, air conditioning. Dinner table.
- Kitchen: fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, senceo, kettle, toaster, blender...
- Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, storage unit, washing machine, hair dryer.
- WC, and cupboard.
- Covered terrace: dining table, plancha, deckchairs.
- 1500m2 garden and private parking for four vehicles.
Sheets, towels provided and cleaning included

Pets not allowed and no smoking inside, outside only.
Prohibition to throw anything other than toilet paper in WC because septic tank.
The villa is located 800m from the thermal and medieval village of Montbrun les Bains, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Close to my Ventoux which offers activities all year round.
The village has a super market, pharmacy, medical center, restaurants, bars, bakery, small shops, spa and fitness center, tourist office, municipal swimming pool, park, playground, weekly market on Saturday mornings, .
Activities:
In Spring: hiking, climbing, horseback riding, tree climbing, thermal treatments, bike ride.
Visit in the surroundings: Avignon: palace of the popes and the Avignon bridge, in Vaison la Romaine visit Roman remains, Gordes: magnificent stone village, Fontaine de Vaucluse: with its chasm, Banon:: for its superb library known throughout the world and its goat cheese,
The sea is 1 hour 30 minutes from us, the Camargue, la grande motte, and Marseille 2 hours.
In Summer: in addition to the rest: swimming in rivers: meouge, toulourinc, very popular climbing, paragliding and hang gliding.
Exceptional end of July lavender fields in bloom, a feast for the eyes and smell, visit many distilleries and lavender stores and souvenirs. Heathland Festival in Sault, Delicious Local Gastronomy.
In autumn: landscapes of all colors, come and listen to the slab of serfs in October, pick mushrooms, take advantage of thermal treatments until the end of November. Walk or bike ride.
In winter: ski resorts at Mont Ventoux, snowshoeing in the Ventoux, and numerous ski resorts in the Alps at 80 km.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht. Und stets erreichbar falls etwas sein sollte. Das Haus sehr schön im Gebirge gelegen.
Guter zentraler Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge.Waren total zufrieden.Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft trotz Sprachbarriere.😀
