The 72 square meter apartment has been completely renovated. The apartment is for 2 - 6 people and is comfortably furnished. There are LED TVs with satellite connection in every bedroom and in the living room. It is located on the 1st OG. Sufficient parking spaces are available in the associated courtyard. Therefore, it is easy to park motorhomes and caravans (no parking space). The apartment is on the railway line and the train station is about 500 meters away. Therefore, traveling by train is no problem. In August 2019, new triple-glazed soundproof windows and electric shutters were installed. As a result, the railway line can hardly be heard. Todo perfecto, muy nuevo, y muy completo. La dueña muy amable y simpática. El único problema fue que ella sólo hablaba alemán y nosotros no sabíamos una palabra de este idioma.
Pero al final nos entendimos.

Schöne moderne Wohnung, freundliche Vermieter im Haus und sehr sauber. REWE mit langen Öffnungszeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, Europapark mit dem Auto 13 min.
