The location is great. Short walk to the old town with restaurants and shops.
The apartment is well equipped and spacious.
We got lucky and scored a semi legal parking space close to the property. If you have to go the mentioned parking spaces it would be a long walk.

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of downtown Rovinj, with everything within walking distance. The terrace was beautiful and a real highlight of the stay. We also appreciated being able to pull up close to the apartments to load and unload luggage, which made arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are very cozy and charming — it fits the character of the old town perfectly, so it didn't bother us at all. Street parking is the only option nearby, but it was manageable.

The host Zoran picked us up from the free parking area and brought us back upon checkout. The room was well decorated, clean, and had great coffee amenities (as well as tea and small fridge, etc.).

The location was perfect, just two streets back from the ‘main strip’.
The room was clean and cozy.
The communication with the host was easy and he was very welcoming.
