The staff was available and very helpful. There was a lot of space in the dorms and they were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and modern
There's only a microwave and water boiler in the kitchen, so you won't be able to cook meals. There's also little shared space to socialize

I appreciated the help from some of the staff to reach some destinations I needed! Very helpful!
Also a mini market is opposite the hostel which was convenient!
To be frank, I really didn’t like being treated suspiciously. I only wanted to change my dates due to a flight change, but they insisted on charging the full fee in advance (even though the new dates were cheaper) and extra city tax already included in my booking, just because they feared I would cancel. It turned into an ordeal where I had to call Booking.com five times (on a UK number, paying extra costs abroad) to prove I simply wanted a date change.
Beds were ok, but the shelf on the lower bunk bed I was given were mounted so high they’re almost unusable — I even had to switch beds for one night for a practical self.
There was also terrible mold on the shower ceiling, which made my stay very difficult as I suffer from a neurological health issue that flared up. Even doing my makeup there was impossible, which caused a lot of inconvenience. A pity, because the place could be much better with some extra care in cleanliness and costumer satisfaction!
Also, there is a bus stop nearby, but buses don’t run too frequently so for people with mobility issues this is not ideal.
