Price for value was very good. We just needed a one night stay on our way to Rome. Staff was good and breakfast was excellent. Nice free parking right in front and a gas station right next to the apartment was perfect for our pitstop purpose. Comfy bed.
Charging additionally for a baby cot always makes me not rate 10. Insulation on the balcony door is bad so you can literally hear the traffic outside. If you want to explore the surroundings on foot you will find nothing. Having no elevator makes it hard when you have a baby with a stroller.

Nice place near Garda lake and near to Gardaland with easy access to main roads.
Except to the first night - which seems to be an issue with booking.com - the service was kind.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
We arrived at night so we did a manual check-in. Booking.com seems to be reporting the children as an infant (age 0), and Garda Rela thought it was a booking of two unrelated rooms, with one adult per room. So they prepared the rooms for a single adult only, and the rooms were located on different floors.
After a long day it's not something you expect to take care of, but someone came, supported us and brought what was missing. Well.., except for hot water, there was no hot water. They said they would fix it in the morning, but it's frustrating. The next day we realized that we had to wait more than 10 minutes of running water for it to be hot enough for a shower.
The main issue was the acoustics. Footsteps echoed and grew louder as we climbed the stairs which annoyed the neighboring rooms. We even heard the SMS arrival sound from the room from the second floor.
