Only issue I had was checking in since we arrived at 3am and we couldn't seem to contact the point person. Once they answered we were able to go to our rooms but it took us 2 hrs before we got it in. They had our keys in an accessible locker box which weren't informed beforehand. The room is nice and it was clean. Breakfast buffet was good and well managed.
