la posizione centrale, a piedi ci si può spostare in tutti i luoghi di maggiore interesse di Marina di Campo (dal porticciolo, alla spiaggia, alle aree della passeggiata serale). altra cosa che è piaciuta è stata il parcheggio riservato agli ospiti della struttura.
