Duży apartament z dodatkową sypialnią. Klimatyzowany jedynie salon, sypialnia bez klimatyzacji. Kuchnia ok, ale wymaga remontu. Parking bezpośrednio pod budynkiem. Wspaniały taras. Pralka. Polecam.
Trochę podniszczona już kuchnia, pojawiające się zapachy z kanalizacji w łazience.

Très belle expérience à Tia Maria , l’appartement est confortable , la climatisation fonctionne très bien. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont suffisants et variés. La machine à café est de bonne qualité. La literie aussi.
La terrasse ombragée est un avantage.
Les serviettes et draps propres disponibles et en quantité suffisante.
Je remercie spécialement Marino pour sa réactivité.
L’appartement était propre à notre arrivée.
Bon emplacement par rapport au centre du village de Bol.
C’est la deuxième fois qu’on séjourne dans cet apparement, et nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.

Excellent views from the very spacious terrace, which was overall well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious as well, fit 2 people more than well. The bathroom was nice and clean.
unfortunately, the other rooms were not as clean as the bathroom. upon arrival we discovered several long hairs on the sofa, so we clad it with extra sheets. when we went to bed, we found several very similar hairs in the bed and bedding, which was rather disgusting, as the bed looked like it had been made for our stay - we became uncertain about whether or not the sheets had been changed prior to our arrival. in the kitchen, there was a semiwide ant problem, probably quite common in the area, but in case you are sensitive to insects, this would have been nice to know beforehand. for a minimalist, the kitchen contained way too many different pots and pans and 3 different coffeemakers, which made it hard to maintain a clean and tidy kitchen during our stay. several of the plates and cups had some dirt in them, indicating sloppy dishwashing by the previous user.
