Fantastic view of the bay from the balcony, clean and modern interior design. The main bedroom was a good size, with an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Nice pool which is only shared by a few apartments. Friendly communication. Access to a washing machine and dishwasher. Parking available. Great value for money if you're happy to be located slightly out of Dubrovnik main area.
I would recommend a small car (and definitely a car), as the apartment route is up a steep hill with winding roads. Although the navigation was easy enough with a small car and clear directions were given with the check-in information :-)
I was sent the same email asking about my check in time quite a few times even though I'd already given it (was probably a technical glitch).

Modern, newly renovated/ built. Has a high quality feel, 2 bathrooms , good showers, kitchen us well-equipped. Very clean too.
The fishing village of Mlini is very pretty - especially around the harbour. The Flamingo restaurant nearby is very good and there are other good restaurants by the pebble beach too.
We enjoyed the steep walk up and down to the village / beach each day from the apartment- it was good exercise and lovely views on the way.
Taxi into Dubrovnik costs 17-40 euros, depending on time of day . Uber & bolt are both available. It’s advisable to arrange pick ups from the main road… 10 mins steep walk from the apartment because it is difficult for taxi drivers to find / access. There’s also a bus, but it’s very over crowded & slow.
The laundry drying rack needs to be replaced- it’s unusable.
If someone is staying for 7 days, please provide more than 2 small pedal bin liners and more than 1 dishwasher tablet. That’s an ok amount to 1-2 nights, but longer stays need more.
To be fair, I didn’t mention those things during the stay so probably they would have helped if I had said something, but I didn’t, so that’s on me.
The pool is shared between several apartments so it gets quite busy at times , since it’s only small.

Fabulous, modern apartment with all amenities provided. Very clean and spacious. Great views from balcony.
We asked for extra cot and high chair and both were provided - both excellent condition. . Excellent value for money. Problem with internet sorted quickly.
Just a couple of small suggestions -Bedside tables are needed in BOTH bedrooms. Additionally , blackout blinds are needed in BOTH bedrooms There were blackout blinds in one room but these were both broken. The blinds in the other bedroom were adequate but need to be changed to blackout blinds.
Need a car to get back and forth from seafront due to very steep hills. It was walkable but exhausting! However, this was not a problem for us as we had a car and when we did walk we occasionally used uber to get back at a very small cost (€4)

Good sized apt, most thing you need in kitchen/ bathroom, nice balcony with good furniture
AC did not work on arrival, REALLY steep hills for walks anywhere, garbage had to be brought to collect point far from apt, poor lighting in bathroom and water from shower all over the floor. Small pool that became too cold on less warm days. Too few sunbeds for the amount of guests in apt in total. Incorrect address given and REALLY narrow streets for taxies to navigate. You should have car rented for this apt! A complete excersice to walk up and down several times a day!
