the whole complex is very well maintained. 5 pools we always use the one more close to the apartment. a lot of green areas prefect for kids and restaurants no more than 10min walking. the parking is amazing due to is underneath your place with direct access to it so no sweating to unload and load baggage.
Maybe the price is a bit higher.
TV just by wifi so Netflix , You Tube, etc available but sometimes nice to see local transmissions but no cable available.

Great and clean appartments, parking garage with direct access to appartment. Nice outside area, pools and gardens. Well equipped kitchen, including bbq.
