The location to the beach and restaurants was perfect for walking
It has a washing machine and that was super helpful, but no dryer. Staff were kind, but not super friendly

I’ve just wrapped up a four-night stay here, and it was a fantastic base for exploring Ao Nang. As someone who has transitioned from hostel dorms to seeking a bit more peace and privacy, this hotel provided exactly the kind of restful environment I was looking for.
The property is very well-maintained and clean. A standout feature for me was the inclusion of a lift; after several stays on this trip where I had to lug my suitcase up multiple flights of stairs, having a lift to the upper floors was a very welcome change!
My room was modern, well-presented, and the air conditioning was excellent—essential given the local heat. The double bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly every night. While the hotel is centrally located near the main strip, the noise from the local bars is far enough away that it didn't impact my sleep. The private balcony was another highlight; equipped with a coffee table, chairs, and an adjustable clothes rack, it was the perfect spot to relax with snacks while watching the world go by and getting my swimwear dry for the next day.
One important detail for future guests: the swimming pool pictured in the listings is actually at the resort next door (Krabi Tipa Resort). It’s only a short walk away and well worth the visit—the tropical vibe with the palm trees and natural shade made for a very relaxing final afternoon.
The location is unbeatable, just a five-minute walk (about 250 metres) to Ao Nang Beach. You are surrounded by everything you need: restaurants, 7-Elevens, supermarkets, and plenty of transport options. The reception staff were also very helpful, assisting me with booking my onward shared minivan transfer to Krabi Airport for a very reasonable price.
My only minor suggestions for improvement would be the addition of bin liners and face towels in the rooms. Also, a note for fellow travellers: one of the power points next to the bed didn't quite fit my travel adapters, though the other outlets in the room worked perfectly fine. While I found the add-on cost for breakfast a bit high, there are so many affordable local food options, supermarkets, and street vendors nearby that it was easy to manage.
Overall, it’s a high-quality, convenient stay that offers great value for those wanting a private, quiet space in the heart of the action.
Pro-tip: Make sure to take a long-tail boat out to Railay Beach and Phra Nang Cave Beach—they are stunning and only accessible by water. For a full day out, Poda and Chicken Islands are also must-visits for swimming and snorkelling!

Price too high during peak season, small room and its just like a budget hotel nothing special, does not worth the money. Not suitable for family with kids.
