About this apartment rental
One of a total of three lovingly renovated apartment from the Baroque (raised ground floor of the Quetschekuchestubb) with a striking, painted facade of the property. Preferred, quiet location in Neustadt a. d. Wine route on the Haardt with a view of the Haardter Castle. Surrounded by vineyards, renowned wineries. Immediately on the edge of the Palatinate Forest nature reserve.
All three apartments are equipped with a bathroom with a shower (rain maker), a pantry with a fridge, a dishwasher and a hob. WiFi and flat screen TV.
Note: Smoking is not permitted due to fire protection requirements, due to the construction of the 17th and 18th Ct. some steep stairs (not suitable for people with walking difficulties) and some low ceiling heights. This particularly affects the showers.
Wine bar in the annex.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, urig gemütlich. Wie in der Beschreibung angegeben sollte man nicht zu groß sein da ansonsten die Deckenhöhe stört
Sehr nette Vermieterin, hat sich umfassend um uns gekümmert.
Die Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr im Ortsteil sind eingeschränkt, ohne vorherige Terminvereinbarung geht nichts
Wandern und Fahrrad fahren sind optimal möglich

Wir haben uns in der zwar kleinen, aber urigen und top-renovierten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns fehlte es an nichts! Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, unkompliziert und reagiert schnell. Sehr große Menschen sollten beim Duschen den Kopf einziehen und für die Zubereitung eines 3-Gänge Menüs ist die Küche vielleicht etwas eng, uns hat das aber nicht gestört und in der Umgebung gibt es gute Restaurants! Direkt vom Ferienhaus aus kann man zu schönen Wandertouren starten, Busse Richtung Neustadt und Deidesheim fahren oft und wenige Schritte vom Haus ab, dort steht auch einen ausreichend großer öffentlicher PKW-Parkplatz (kostenfrei) zur Verfügung. Als kleines Manko haben wir empfunden, dass es direkt am Haus keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder gibt.
