Wifi in de woonkamer is goed maar in de andere kamers niet. Airco kreeg het huis met veel moeite gekoeld.

We loved everything about this apartment. You can't beat the location and a view. Owners are very welcoming and helpful. You have everything you need and more. After you see a view, you won't need anything else. It is a very quiet place, just what you need for the perfect vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sveti Stefan. The beach, views, food -- everything was excellent. The property did not really meet our expectations and decided to leave the review to help other customers make an informed decision. The location of the property is excellent - it's very close to the beach (in a couple of minutes you are at the beach of Sveti Stefan), restaurants and mini-markets. The views from the apartment are absolutely breathtaking and makes you almost forget about shortcomings inside the apartment. The host was accommodating as we were contemplating about booking this property in the beginning and offered us a free parking space in front of another property of his. Otherwise, parking in Sveti Stefan would have been a nightmare. The host also gave us an option to check in early as per our request. They also extended the checkout by an hour. The free wifi was okay in the living room and the balcony. However, it was very poor/close to non-existent in bedrooms.
The second bathroom was not really operational -- we could not use the shower. It was not the proper shower, the handle could not be fixed on the wall and you had to hold it in your hand. Also, we did manage somehow but the water started to leak and flooded the floor. We ended up using the second bathroom as a toilet only. We were specifically looking for an apartment with two fully functioning bathrooms due to the size of our group (four adults and one child).
The apartment had the particular smell, and we were not really able to air it out.
It is clear that the apartment would have been really nice when it was first built. But it is really run down now - for instance, the sofa in the living room was broken but we could still use it. Only one bedroom out of three has a proper bed in it. The second two person bedroom has a pull out sofa which is clear from the photos. The third bedroom had a single bed in it and it was okay. They only provided one set of towels for each person for the one week stay which we thoughts was not enough.
Overall the apartment and furniture look quite different from the photos posted on booking.com. For example, the terrace is not covered while there was a cover in the photos we saw.
The communication with hosts was easy in the beginning but once we reported about the shower issue they disappeared until the check out time. And again, they extended our stay by an hour which was very nice of them. But we did not appreciate them leaving our message without a reply about the shower situation.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have found more realistic reviews more helpful to set our expectations. I will be back in Sveti Stefan for sure. We loved it.
