Extremely easy check in. Keyless main entrance. Host very polite and responsive.
Easy free parking nearby.
Cosy space.
Nice touch sensors for led lights was also a plus.
Heating AC.
Shower kinda clogged.
Bathroom generally without heating.
Kitchen/second bedroom had no sound/wind isolation - it was cold during the night (snowing outside)

Un bun raport pret - calitate. Este localizat intr-un cartier cu blocuri, intr-o zona linistita, inconjurat de magazine, cu mijloace de transport langa, cu posibilitatea de parcare, cu un local la parter. Apartamentul este simplu, dotat cu cele necesare, insa nu izoleaza perfect, iar daca dormi in bucatarie (unde este o canapea pliabila) zgomotul de fond (masini) este destul de tare. Overall, o experienta corecta la un pret corect.

The location is good.
No problem with check-in and check-out.
The appartment was very clean. Beddings were comfortable. AC in the bedroom was working very good and silent.
The balcony looked good for us but it was cold and we couldn't enjoy .
There was not smell of residual cigarettes which we appreciate a lot!
The kitchen and living room (one room) was very noisy because of the bulevard. But the bigger problem is the cold. All room is surrounded with glass, insulation is awful and not comfortable at all.
We expected to find microoven in the kitchen but unfortunately there wasn't.
There is a problem with the water connection between the toilet and shower.
