Staff at the restaurant. La Clusaz as a resort.
wifi was appalling, apartment was dark and lacklustre, not in line with how it was advertised. ski locker was very hard to reach. For £6k for a week, it was a highly dissapointing experience with extremely low value for money. The swimming pool was not available for kids except wednesdays and that wasnt advertised on booking.com. There was also a charge for the pool and even the game room for kids!!! Overall highly dissapointing.
