L’emplacement, je trouve que l’endroit est bien situé prêt d’un métro et près des restaurants pas trop besoin de faire trop de distance pour découvrir lille
Il y avait pas mal de poussière et des meubles dégrader ou même le sol avec des taches mais sinon tout le reste était correct, on y dort très bien, pas trop de bruit la nuit

entrée indépendante, équipement de la chambre (cuisine) en quantité suffisnate, thé à disposition avec bouilloire, lit confortable
les rideaux de la chambre étaient peu occultants, le rideau de douche fluide serait avantageusement remplacé par des parois rigides

Hôte disponible et sympathique. Ainsi qu'une femme de ménage adorable! Logement fonctionnel et calme, à prix correct (j'ai déjà payé plus cher pour vraiment moins bien que ça). Je conseille donc pour y passer une nuit ou deux ou + si pour déplacement professionnel
Oubli de badge dans notre enveloppe. Petit bémol pour la douche qui est petite et qui a des rideaux noirs, mon partenaire avec ses 1m90 était un peu à l'étroit :p. Absence de condiments de base pour cuisiner.
