Good location short walk from national archives at Kew.
Access was dependent on a mobile phone call. I had no english mobile and luckily borrowed a mobile from a passerby. Room was quite cold.

A nice room on the first floor in a separate annex at the back of the property overlooking the train line. A good supply of tea and coffee, kettle, microwave, hotplate, fridge (and dishwasher that we didn't use). Good heating and ventilation, good sized shower room. It was very clean. 8 minute walk from Kew tube station.
The mattress on the double bed was not good! The bedside lamp was not working, the TV was small for the size of the room but the picture was good. Towels were very thin and not very big. There was no hand towel or tea towel
