Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a decked area with table and chairs. Old Workhouse Cottage is a quaint base for exploring Durham with your loved one. Please Note: Booking must start on Saturday only.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Microwave, Electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Private decked area with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop within 0.2 mile, pub within 0.3 miles. Please Note: Booking must start on Saturday only. Please note: Between April to October, this property can only accept week long bookings. Please note: Short breaks between November to March must have a minimum of 3 nights.
