Appartement très bien situé proche du centre-ville, de la mer et de toutes commodités.

Évidemment il faut souligner la situation idéale sur le port et le parking facile. La taille du living et la décoration étaient correctes
La difficulté majeure réside dans le nombre de marches : 3 volées d’escaliers étroits pour arriver à la chambre en duplex. De plus les poutres gênent constamment la mobilité dans cette chambre. Enfin l’exiguïté de la salle de bain et surtout de la douche (70 cm de côté) altèrent l’appréciation de ce logement. Il faudrait le signaler pour les futurs amateurs.

The washing machine was not connected so couldn’t use, and when opened the door water rushes out. Couldn’t operate the induction stove ( no instructions)). No access codes to front door and unit door provided prior to arrival. Luckily a lady in the shop next door was able to ring agent and sort it out
