Very friendly host and prompt with communication. Was greeted upon arrival, showed to the room and helped with ordering taxi to the airport. Quiet neighborhood, clean room, comfortable mattress and shower in the room.
Didn't realize the B&B is hard to reach from Milan. Even though it was close to the airport, taxi was 37 euros for a 10 min drive. The room I booked was on the main floor, next to the reception and it was noisy before the quiet hour (10 PM). The walls were very thin, and easy to hear people in the lobby. The door has a glass and a curtain, so light comes through from the lobby - eye mask and earplugs are a must if need to go to bed before the quiet hour and noise/light are a bother to you. Was also woken up in the middle of the night as someone came downstairs and noise was easy to hear. Overall, feels like staying at a house vs a hotel.

The room we received was in a basement. It was quite dark with hardly no windows. Nevertheless, the owner went out of his way to make us feel comfortable.
