Struttura perfetta per i gruppi: la posizione vicino ad Assisi è ottima e ci sono TUTTE le comodità e i divertimenti per un gruppo di amici: vasca idromassaggio, palestra, campo da calcio, piscina, biliardo e biliardino, sauna. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente!

The communication was very good. At the arrival we received some welcome sparkling wine and snacks. The owners helped to organize our 25 year wedding anniversary and even presented a bottle of wine and framed picture from the ceremony. A wonderful view to Assisi from the pool area. The pool, the pool area, barbeque facilities, game room, football pitch were good and as advertised. Owners also provided an additional materace upon request.

First of all, the name "Villa Serena" is misleading, because only the basement of the villa is for rent. The outside pictures are also misleading as they show the whole villa, but two above the ground floors are occupied by the owners and their family. There are no sofas in the bedrooms and advertised two living rooms are essentially the same space, only separated by curtain. Sofas in the living "rooms" are uncomfortable not suitable for taller people to sleep. After we tried to used advertised bicycles, we realized that they are unusable and with flat tires.
