In the historic center of Aix en Provence, rue Manuel, bright and spacious studio of 35 m² with wifi connection, located on the 3rd floor which can be suitable for 2 or 3 people.
Two minutes walk from the Place des Precheurs, the Court, the Cours Mirabeau, the shops and typical Provencal markets, you will discover the center of Aix.
You will find a large living room (exposed wooden beams) with a bed 2 places (new bedding) as well as a sofa bed 2 places, an alcove with the kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave, d coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary small, vacuum cleaner, TV, towels and sheets.
In the separate entrance you will find a bathroom with shower, wc, sink.
Central district, 2 minutes walk from the Place du Tribunal, the Cours Mirabeau, markets, shops, bars and restaurants.
Parking Carnot and Bellegarde 10 minutes on foot.
Passage of the diabline (mini electric shuttle) line B in the street from the apartment.
Bus stops nearby.

Nous avons été très contentes: l´appartement est propre et bien meublé, dans le centre ville. Merci, Françoise, pour votre amabilité, votre gentillesse et vos conseils pratiques. Nous recommendons l´appartement à ceux qui veulent passer les vacances agréables dans la ville animée et pourtant avec beaucoup de coins pitoresques et calmes.

Frau Vella ist sehr nett und freundlich.Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Aix.

My stay at Françoise's apartment was perfect. The location was great (right near the Cours Mirabeau, and only a 20 minute walk to the train station), and Françoise was very nice and easy to get a hold of. I highly suggest renting this apartment if you are looking for a place in Aix! Merci Françoise!
