Smart, clean, well equiped appartments. Location ideal for enjoying the heart of the city without any noise issues. Easy to get to from the station. Bottle of wine in the fridge was a nice touch

The location was very good. The apartment and building were spotlessly clean

I booked an apartment because it was supposed to have a terrace. There was no terrace. I checked my confirmation and it stated a terrace in the facility section. There were five photos of the outside terrace shown when I booked the apartment. After numerous attempts to find access to a terrace I messaged the property. I have had no satisfaction. Whoever replied to a whats app to the property originally said that only one apartment has access to the terrace. Then that only apartments on the top floor had access. After numerous messages back and forth the property (no-one signed the messages) will not take responsibily for advertising an apartment with terrace and then not delivering it. The answer I've been given is that the facility of a terrace is for the whole building. At one stage I had to ask if I was dealing with AI. This was denied. At best this is misleading advertising. I would not like other prospective customers to have the same expetience.
