Sweet hotel. Location was very good. They kindly brought us different pillows when we found them too hard and uncomfortable. Room was very spacious.
Mattress was uncomfortable (both rooms). Breakfast was quite basic.

Nice, comfortable rooms, clean, ok breakfast - nothing too much, stuff very polite and helpful. Nice garni hotel but nothing exceptional. Everything was just right.
They don’t have ski ride to the cable cars and when there is no snow on the streets it is very difficult to walk in ski boots even if it is only 150m. They don’t answer on you message via booking, if you need any information prior your arrival you need to call hotel directly.

The service from the waiters was outstanding, and the front-desk manager was extremely positive and supportive — thank you!
The bed and pillows could be a bit more comfortable.
