For rent beautiful house in Loctudy 300m from the sea.
Quiet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac with a pretty enclosed garden with an electric gate. Modern interior and fully equipped. Bright house.
The train station and Quimper airport are 30 'by car and 50' by bus.

In the rez of putting on: a kitchen opened on the living room, a parental room (reads of 160) a room of bath toilet, a clearance.
On the floor: a big room (3 beds of 90), a room of bath / toilet.
Outside: a shower; a parking place ; a shed / bike shed, two terraces facing south, one with an electric blind
A wifi access is at your disposal, the TV, a barbecue weber; sunbeds and umbrella, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, cot and high chair on request ... Possibility to rent kayaks on site

The property is lovely and we had a great 10 days. It is down a quiet lane and has a completely enclosed garden which was perfect as we had a 6 month old puppy with us who could not escape. The outside shower was a great idea to wash away sandy paws. The BBQ and seating area outside was clean and there were coals available for us to use. It was perfect for us as a couple and we only went upstairs to hang clothes but it was all very clean in bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The big downside to the property is the bathroom. Sadly the shower was not so clean and the whole area needs a refresh as the curtain hiding the boiler was pretty dusty too - not so nice to look at when you are on the toilet. However, apart from that it is a great property that is well equipped and even has a 2nd fridge in the outside shed if needed! Loctudy is a beautiful area and the beaches are fantastic.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse in idealer Lage zum Plage de Lodonnec und Plage des Sables Blancs sowie zum Hafen Loctudy. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ronan und Suzanne sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Suzanne and Ronan's rental is very well situated - and absolutely calm - an excellent location from which to explore southern Finistère with its beautiful beaches, fishing harbors, and medieval churches. The kitchen is particularly well equiped - they have clearly paid greater attention to one's needs in this area than most do. The house is small, but certainly very comfortable for a couple alone, or with one or two small children. Suzanne and Ronan were impeccably courteous hosts, who responded almost instantly to any questions we had.

Das Haus hält was die Anzeige verspricht. Es war sauber und v.a. im Küchenbereich sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage zum Strand ist super, gut zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit Kindern.
On a été super contents dans la maison. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. La maison est propre et surtout dans la cuisine super bien équipée. La plage est proche, même avec des enfants on peut y aller à pied.
