We were a family group of 7 (4 adults and 3 old teenagers) and we had an exceptional time in Rome.
This apartment is very nicely located right next to the Vatican on a less touristy and more quiet side. There is a profusion of good restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Also grocery stores not far. The buses to get to historic centre are also just down the street and a train station (San Pietro) just up the street. You can get the bus ticket from the Tabbagi next to one of the bus stop if you don't want to use the tap and go. The San Pietro Basilica is 5 minutes away and the Vatican museum more 15-20 minutes walk. You can easily walk to all the attractions or save your feet and take the public transport.
There is 3 spacious rooms with windows and closing doors. You have a view of an orange tree in the backyard. There is ac in each room. We did not hear the people snoring through the walls at night :) The bed were very comfortable. There is 2 bathrooms with a shower in each. We never ran out of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. It is true that there is no couch or lounge area but the dining (with tv) area was big enough for all of us to eat together and talk around the big table to plan our daily itinerary. We had very busy days discovering Rome that when we were there we relaxed in our rooms. The host was very helpful : she organized the taxi rides from and to the airport, she provided fresh towels mid week, there was espresso cups and croissants available, prosecco and milk and juice in the fridge when we got there, was responsive when had questions. There was a WiFi issue during our week there and some actions were immediately in motion to correct the situation.
Everybody had a nice trip and this apartment was a central key to it. If you are on the fence deciding if this is a good place, don't hesitate and book it! You might see a papal cavalcade passing by looking through the dining windows if you are lucky.
We loved everything but just let you know:
The street is a gentle uphill slope to get to the apartment by foot.
After the front door, there is 13 steps to get to the apartment door with your luggage.
Keep this in mind if travelling with elderly or mobility impaired people. For us, it was not an issue.

The location of this apartment is excellent. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is also very comfortable and caters for all your needs including tea coffee and snacks plus milk water and even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Ramona met us at the property on arrival and gave clear instructions and was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Unikátna lokalita! Umývať riad s pohľadom na kupolu Baziliky sv. Petra, to človek tak ľahko nevidí. Pokojná lokalita a v centre diania. Pohodlné rozsiahle priestory, každý tu mal aj svoje súkromie. Vrelo odporúčam. Marián
