Das Studiozimmer war in Ordnung, die Verwalter (ein Paar) sind sehr freundlich, auch wenn es sprachliche Komplikationen gab.
Es war leider nicht so sauber, es gab noch "alte" Haare im Duschabfluss

Location, price for value is reasonable.
Wrong host phone number in the booking description.
When we arrived to the property I called to the phone number which is provided in booking page. I heard only text from bot in German which I don't speak. I asked other guests which are luckily were there about phone number of the host and luckily they had it (completely different that I have from booking). We successfully checked-in but the host doesn't speak English at all.
The property doesn't have air conditioning but it was in description. Maybe different rooms have.
