The host, Robert, is very responsive and helpful. The house and furnishings are dated and showing signs of vacation home wear-n-tear, but it's comfortable and clean enough. The view from the home is lovely and the location feels very safe. We appreciated that paper products and all linens, laundry detergent and coffee (regular, no decaf) were provided. (No bar soap, fyi, and there are only approx 10 clothes hangers in the house). We did encounter a few issues but nothing that would ruin a vacation. Our only real complaint is that the A/C thermostat is programmed NOT to go below 72 degrees, which I don't recall seeing in the listing. That's a challenge for those who like to sleep with it slightly cooler. We've let the owner know about some repairs that need attention. I think for the price it's a lot of space if you need 3 bedrooms. And it's well located for exploring Sedona.
