Alex (the owner) and Margaret (his mother) were just delightful. Beautiful view from our room (which actually faced the backyard, but it was still gorgeous). Great location. Walkable. Alex suggested a moderately difficult hike to us that was one of the highlights of our entire trip. Fantastic homemade full English breakfast. And we loved Lyme Regis (Lyme Regis Brewery and Millside Restaurant (get the sole!) were two of our favorites).
The B&B could have been a bit updated, but it's very historic, so its simplicity lended to the experience.

I absolutely loved the historic charm of this 18th-century building, along with the excellent breakfast and the warm hospitality of the owners. The location is ideal, as the beach and all the local amenities are just a short walk away

There is not anything to fault with this accommodation. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfy! Finally, the breakfast was outstanding! If we're in Lyme Regis again we will definitely be staying here.

Excellent breakfast. Pleasant lounge. Keys provided on arrival for outer door, so accessible at all times.
No hot water in bathroom, but didn't complain until we were leaving. Proprietor not contactable during stay, phone number provided was unanswered (even when we had an emergency requiring an ambulance).
