L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, in un palazzo. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, da bar, ristoranti e negozi. C'è un parcheggio . L'appartamento si trova al 16° piano ed è dotato di due ascensori grandi ed efficienti. L'appartamento dispone di due camere da letto, un bagno, una cucina a pianta aperta e una splendida vista panoramica sul mare e praticamente su tutta la città. I letti sono comodi.Ottimo contatto con l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento.
L'unico neo dell'appartamento è il bagno minuscolo, che necessita di essere ristrutturato. La doccia non è molto piacevole e spesso emana un odore terribile dalle tubature. Inoltre, in cucina potrebbero essere utili alcuni prodotti di base come sale, zucchero, tè, ecc., e in bagno servirebbe un po' di sapone nel lavandino e della carta igienica.

Aussicht im 14. Stock aufs Meer einzigartig. Toller und großer Balkon. Wohnung größer als erwartet mit 4 Schlafzimmern obwohl nur 3 gebucht. Toller und großer Kühlschrank. Nähe zum Strand war super.
Parkplatz nicht groß genug (sehr schmal) und nicht benutzbar wenn daneben jemand parkte. Betten ungemütlich und das gesamte Mobiliar sehr alt und vieles kaputt. Badezimmer auch sehr alt und klein. Zu wenig Steckdosen in der Wohnung.

Aussicht, Lage top, Fewo war Sauber alles wie beschrieben- alles funktionierte einwandfrei.
