Ormai possiamo considerarci clienti abituali quindi vuol dire che De Sanctis è, per noi, sinonimo di Villetta Barrea. Ottima posizione, appartamenti confortevoli e dotati di ogni comfort, proprietaria eccellente.

La struttura si presenta come una villetta con vegetazione , appartamenti stile baita e in alcune stanze anche il caminetto, gli ambienti si riscaldano subito una volta accesi i termosifoni, sono puliti e accoglienti, la signora è gentilissima e sempre a disposizione poiché rimane nella struttura nel suo appartamento, ci ha anche fornito un po di legna per poter accendere il camino, la cucina è fornita di pentole , posate , fornelli, forno, sale e detersivo per poter lavare i piatti. Ci sono anche asciugamani e bustine di bagno schiuma in dotazione. C’è anche parcheggio gratuito vicino alla struttura. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e ci ritornerei volentieri anche domani. Grazie! ❤️

The apartment was fine but and quite well equipped, however, it is in need of some updating, also the kitchen appliances that didn't always properly work. The host is a very kind lady, open to help.
It was extremely cold because although temperatures dropped below zero at night, they did not turn on the heating.

La posizione è il parcheggio auto adiacente alla struttura anche se esterno alla stessa
Il riscaldamento non è stato sufficiente a scaldare l’ambiente anche se il pagamento dello stesso viene calcolato e pagato a parte e quindi ulteriore spesa extra da aggiungere al pagamento del soggiorno e non fatturato come anche la tassa di soggiorno non calcolata nello scontrino fiscale rilasciato.
