Herr Baumann was very cordial and solicit, providing all information required and some useful tips about the city. Frances was also very helpful with anything we needed in relation to the apartment. Key collection and return were seamless, the apartment fully furnished and nicely decorated and clean. Location was also quite good, near a ski lift and on the way to Gstaad. Near hiking trails and with a beautiful view.
The light in the bathroom was flicking, but that wasn't a problem for us and miss Frances offered to fix it even during the holiday. The bathroom has two doors which you need to lock on both sides, but I don't think anyone would mind that. So no complaints really
