About this house rental
My house is the perfect location to enjoy everything that this amazing city has to offer. Less than 2 miles from downtown and 5 to 10 minute walking distance to Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool and 15 to 20 minute walk to South Lamar bars and restaurants like Alamo Drafthouse, Uchi, Odd Duck, Chuys, Baby Acapulco's, and The Saxon Pub. About an 8 minute car ride to downtown 6th Street and Warehouse District entertainment areas as well as the Austin Convention Center.
My house is a newly remodeled single story, modern and spacious 4 bedroom - 2 bathroom home. It is equipped with 3 HDTVs with Roku, High Speed WiFi Internet, Sonos Sound System, fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Perfect home for groups staying for ACL Festival in October, SXSW festival in March, Formula One Race Weekend in November or just a weekend get-a-away.

We loved staying at the house. It was clean, close to the park and very well appointed with everything we could need.
Frank was so easy to communicate with and the check in and check out processes were some of the easiest we’ve had.

Fantastic Austin location, beautiful, clean and comfortable interior. Walking distance to great restaurants, Zilker Park, running trails, kayaking, Barton Springs and so much more! The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Such an inviting place to stay!
