De spa, de kamer en de locatie
Personeel bij de receptie erg onvriendelijk. We kwamen om 19.00 uur en er werd ons duidelijk vertelt dat ze geen nieuwe gasten meer verwachten en dat álle kamers vol waren. Na mijn reservering te hebben laten zien en de bevestiging kwam er iets meer aandacht. Ineens was er een kamer vrij en wisten ze alles over de boeking heel vreemd en niet een lekker ontvangst. Daardoor weinig uitleg gekregen over hoe het werkte in het hotel. Was echt een min punt. Ook de drankjes die wij dronken werden op kamernummer gezet alleen de laatste dag moesten we ze ineens contant afrekenen. Dat is erg vreemd!! Verder veel oudere mensen 60 plus wij waren de jongste:)
