If you are planning a trip to Zermatt, this is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The location is unbeatable—right across from the Täsch train station, making the shuttle to Zermatt incredibly easy and convenient. There is also a Coop supermarket just a short walk away, which was very handy for picking up supplies. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony. We spent some wonderful time there enjoying the breathtaking mountain views. It was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of hiking. If you prefer a more peaceful stay with better value than staying directly in Zermatt, I highly recommend this place. We had a great experience!

The location is exactly opposite from the train station, which is very convenient for the ones who go there for skiing. The apartments are large and spatious, equipped with all that is necessary. A storage room for the ski equipment is available.

Everything was perfect

The room was spacious, had a large balcony with a great view of the mountains. The location was great, it was very close to the station which made travel to St Moritz daily very easy. The supermarket and restaurants were close by. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great. The room had great heating. It was close to the hotel where I collected the keys and they were available till late at night. The kitchen had cleaning products and tea towels.

The towels were old, thin and rough. The kitchen didn't have a microwave, which is handy for warming meals bought at the supermarket. This was a problem. The room had a great coffee machine and host left 4 pods of coffee (for 3 nights for 2 people, 6 would have made more sense) and there was no milk, which made it difficult to have tea (no tea bags left), or coffee on late arrival and supermarket was closed. Fortunately the hotel was helpful and gave us some milk. The toilet seat was very loose. But the biggest problem was a very foul smell in the room maybe from prior guests smoking or mould, but it was impossible to get rid of by opening the windows. It was difficult to tolerate and we only survived by leaving early in the morning and returning as late as possible at night. This would be the main reason I would not be able to stay there again. Everything else was great.
