Clean, good location, roomy,
Unfortunately, there was a building site next door- hence a bit noisy in the morning.
Also , as it’s summer time, it was a bit warm and there were no fans or a/c in the rooms. Therefore you needed the windows open for some cool air to keep cool, but then you had the noise from the outside.
