The apartment was super! Everything you could need was on hand and of an outstanding quality. Location is very central. Dealing with Alpine Lodging was very friendly and efficient.

We had to leave....

Everything, really! The location (though not the closest to Pontresina Station) was the main priority for searching a stay in this lovely town. And the size of the apartment for a family of 8 was just so perfect! We all could fit at the table and had dinner together. Also 10mins walk to the hill behind our hotel, we witnessed wild ibex! How cool- a sight we rarely will come across in our lives. The view from the room was heavenly- very refreshing. My son spent an hour every day at the window telling me how the snow falls, how the squirrels jumped from one tree to the other, ans how the bird sings in the morning. He just love sitting at the window and outside in the cold. Very small details like the map, the cutlery, oven, toaster, kettle, toiletries, etc was a giveaway and really sums up our pleasant stay.

The wood splinters (this needs to get fixed especially for little kids who just love playing outside the balcony and admiring the view). The lighting of the rooms could be improved - options to make it dimmer or brighter when needed. A little more assistance with how to use the app to search for nearest restaurants which are still operating during spring. We had a very hard time to fill our stomachs in Pontresina.

Amazing design family apartment. You feel at home right away. Kitchen is fully equipped. Living room and balcony are inviting. All 3 bedrooms are very comfortable. Location is ideal. Close to all amenities, railway station and a great starting point for day trips. Easy to reach by car.
