The location was fine, although a car is needed to get any where. The property is bright and airy with plenty of room.
The aircon unit in the main bedroom was broken; this was despite raising the fault 2-years ago. the shower heads in 2 of the 3 bathrooms did not fit on to the wall. There were wasps nests in the children bedroom. The toilet in the main en-suite bedroom stopped working. The banisters at the bottom of the stairs were broken and unstable. The mattress in the main bedroom was so hard, we both came back home with bad backs. The patio doors cannot be locked.
