Chalet Wärgistal

Fantastic chalet in an excellent location - Within easy reach of the bus and train station, local shops (co-op), restaurants and petrol station. The chalet was easy access on arrival, it comfortably accomodated 6 adults and was well equipped, spacious, organised with little notes of information giving an extra special touch. It was clean with fresh towels and linen. The balcony (which has bench seating) offers stunning views of the peaceful surroundings, day and night. The chalet is well cared for by the owner who lives on the ground floor. She spoke fluent english and was absolutely lovely, she replied to my messages promptly and was so helpful during our stay. Parking was pre-reserved for us and easy, helped by the owner's clear instructions which she provided prior to our arrival. Interlaken city is about 25 mins away in the car with a greater choice of restuarants and bars. Also a bonus 2am-bus which brings you back to Grinelwald, dropping off near the challet, which avoids the £150.00 Uber. This is a fantastic place and youre guaranteed to love it.

This place would get 10/10 if there was Air con or fans in each room 😀 it was 31 degrees and quite warm at night.

Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is fenomenaal!

Prima Lage zum Eiger-/Männlichen-Skigebiet und zum Bahnhof Grund. Wohnung zwar etwas älter, aber angenehm und mit Charakter. Sehr freundliche, entgegenkommende und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Guter Kaffee-Vollautomat! :-)

Kontaktaufnahme nicht vom Handy möglich. Wohnung ist, wie korrekt ausgeschrieben, nicht besonders geräumig und hat daher etwas wenig Stauraum und Hängemöglichkeiten – war aber auch mit 5 Personen okay. Abfluss in der Dusche ist rasch verstopft. Bratpfannen alt und zu klein.
