Casale Molinelle is in a beautiful location near San Gemini. The house had everything we needed and the wifi was fast enough so we were able to work. The garden is beautiful and the pool very refreshing on hot days. We had no car but were still able to move around the area: you can walk to San Gemini or take the bus there or to Terni. Francesco was very helpful and picked us up from Terni train station and took us back there after check-out. Thank you!

Kindness of the host, location, cleaning, size, swimming pool and others.
There is no AC at all, I don't recommend this property during hot summer.
