Absolutely beautiful farm, where the family grows vegetables, olives, grapes and animals.
The atmosphere is fantastic, and so is the food and wine.
Only 1 room is in the property, where the rest of the goup had to stay in an apartment which is a short drive away.
This was not clear, and because we were 2 families, we had to be separated, which was disappointing.

We couldn't fault the breakfast or dinner that we had at Tintore. The breakfast spread was incredible, with so much choice and options to have more of one item (eg they gave us more prosciutto one morning). We also really loved the fact that we could choose whatever we wanted for dinner - we simply told them what kind of food we like to eat and they cooked it for us and MY OH MY it was tasty!!! We really loved the location of the restaurant and villa with all the vineyards and grapes growing across the terrace. It really was beautiful. My friend who travelled with me has never been to any mountainous locations before and she's been converted. We had the best time and really loved the family who own the property! We have both said we will definitely return and are planning a trip with our partners, as we know that they would love it there too. Simba (the dog) was also an absolute sweetheart! I also loved that although the hosts couldn't speak much English, they let us try our best to speak Italian and we managed to hold a conversation reasonably well considering the language barrier. They were so sweet!
We found it hard to climb the stairs to our room on the arrival day (neither of us had great sleep the day before, so it was made harder through being tired) and the shower connector was broken which meant that we couldn't keep the shower head up and had to use our hands to hold it for washing. It was also quite tricky to park at times, due to the tiny little roads and parking spaces (we got better after the first day). The bed was comfortable enough, but a little on the harder side.
