Abbiamo ottenuto ciò che ci aspetattavamo. Ottima posizione per visitare tanti luoghi come Perugia, Assisi, Foligno e Spoleto. Cucina eccelente ed abbondante, dolci e marmellate fatti in casa per colazione e ottima menu per cena. La camera e l'osteria erano molto rustici. Congratulazioni per la splendida collezione! Lo staff è stato molto gentile e attento, sia a colazione che a cena.

Ottima posizione, molto vicino ad Assisi ma anche a tutti i borghi medievali. Posto molto isolato e rilassante immersi nella natura su una montagnola. Colazione molto buona. Grande cortesia da parte delle signore della colazione, peccato averle avute solo la mattina.

Piccole cose: mancato cambio degli asciugamani, c'è un foglietto in camera che informa del sovrapprezzo per il cambio in modo piuttosto imperativo ma pagando tre notti il prezzo pieno non capisco perché non debba poter avere per tre giorni lo stesso servizio. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è piuttosto sfavorevole, fuori stagione più di 100 euro a camera lo ritengo abbastanza caro per il tipo di struttura piuttosto base. Se avessi basato il mio giudizio sul ristorante della struttura sarei stato molto negativo ma non rientra nel pacchetto

The location is nice and silent. Easy to reach nice medieval villages such as Assisi, Foligna. They have a rustic ranch environment. Price for stay was ok. The people in the kitchen were nice and friendly, they also provided room tidying and towel change everyday. The bed was comfortable. The pool is nice.

If you want to be involved with place’s daily life it is interesting and rustic as there is a lot of social going on with their family life and visitors, kids, animals, etc. If you are looking for tranquility it is too much of socials going on in your living space. Cleaning was not spot on. When we arrived the floor was not clean, there were some hair. There was not much hospitality and talk from the owners. We paid 35 eur per person for dinner menu in the restaurant without drinks. Comparing with other places price is high for the value we got. The room is strange, bathroom and wc was downstairs with no windows. After every shower the bedroom itself was totally humid and warm as shower didnt have any doors. This created some mosquito attacks. Drive way is narrow and complicated. If you are not used to might be challenging. It was an ok stay but we expected more calm and care.
