We had a fabulous stay, this was our 6th stay and it’s always great fun. We ate at a different restaurant each evening, Nonna’s was the favourite. Our accommodation was great, everything we could possibly need so we were very comfortable.

My only negative was that they needed more double rings on the latest aqua slide! A minor matter but would have made the queue flow more freely.

Lovely setting in the forest.

No air con and no fly screen (lots of mosquitoes) so had to go out and buy fans due to summer heat. ALSO - avoid booking this via booking.com - not booking directly via the ceneter parcs website caused problems - I could book bikes etc in advance as I booked via a third party.

The atmosphere was good. People seemed to be behaving themselves. The staff at the park itself was very kind. I was able to have a couple days of peace in a calm and peaceful place, so that was great.

It took us a half hour to figure out how to get into the water part. There is only one way in and one way out and you literally MUST walk through a changing room to get to the pool. There is really not enough explanation about this, that you have to walk through an entire food court to get to the water part. There is no personnel by the entry of the water park to explain any of this. It was also not clear about the rules. There are rules, but which ones are enforced? They say you cannot bring food into the water park, but everyone does it. It's confusing. The first day we didn't bring our own food and then when we started bringing our own food, we were always worried that we might get fussed at for having our own food. Also, the first evening there was no internet in the cottage. The only number I could find was the central help line for Center Parcs and the regular recorded message came on saying that someone will help me and we will be recorded for quality control, but then after 10 minutes waiting a lady came on and I told her my question and she snapped at me that I need to call the actual park I'm at and that they are actually closed and she hung up on me. I called the "storing" number on the door of the cottage, but there was no answer after calling twice. The next morning internet was working, so that was finally sorted. Days later I discovered the number for the central desk was at the bottom of the paper map we received, but nowhere in the cottage was there a sign with the number for the central desk. A few forms and signs were in the cottage for feedback and surveys, but no central desk number. The speed limit of 15km is not enforced. The thermostat in the cottage says "ICY" with a snowflake but there is no airconditioning, from what we could figure out. The handles on the pots were completely loose so my father had to fix them with his own screwdriver he happened to have.
