The housekeeping staff was wonderful, as the hotel overall was very clean. But our housekeeper for our room was really good. We had a stopped-up sink on a Sunday and she fixed it herself somehow. She helped my husband, who has trouble walking, with his luggage. She went above and beyond. The other staff at the desk and at breakfast were cheerful and going out of their way to assist the guests. It is clear that they are treated well as employees and this shows in their enthusiasm for the job.

booked a twin and 2 doubles with sofa, got 1 twin, 1 double with sofa and 1 double which didn't quite work with the teenagers
