Kristina Apartment & Alma House

This is the cutest house, inside is so on point and stylish, I’m in love. And is was realy clean and cozy. Location is lerfect by the sea, views are amazing

Outside look of the house is in pretty bad condition, when we first saw it we were a bit scared, but when you come inside is the most perfec little place. We had luck, me and my friend were the only guest, but I don’t know how is it, if there are 7 people sharing the place.

We were a group of 8 (4 moms with 4 kids) and stayed in a two-bedroom apartment plus two rooms in a hostel-style building. The two-bedroom apartment was great, with almost everything we needed. The two hostel rooms were more basic, but at this price point, we didn’t expect much more. Overall, the stay went smoothly, the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. It was less than 20 minutes on foot from the airport, and only about 10 minutes’ walk to the meeting point for our whale-watching tour, About 5 minutes to a supermarket where you can get daily supplies.

One small note (not really about the property itself, but a reminder for future visitors to Andenes): after our midnight whale-watching tour, when we returned to the accommodation around 2 a.m., two young men (or teenagers) came knocking on our door. We hadn’t closed the curtains, which might have drawn their attention. We didn’t open the door and they left shortly after, but I would recommend pulling the curtains right after checking in, just to be safe.
