Posizione strategica mare a pochi minuti dalla struttura ambiente molto accogliente immerso nella natura Marchigiana, se si vogliono passare dei giorni di totale relax a contatto con la natura e’ vivamente consigliato!

Excellent breakfast, wonderful location. The hosts are warm and friendly. The house is located on top of a hill surrounded by olive trees and sunflower fields, just spectacular. Great location with easy access to many tourist destinations.
Our room had a shared bathroom with a noisy toilet flush which was quite an inconvenience at night. A bin and a mirror would make the room even greater!

Lovely breakfast with fresh just made flat bread! Good location for the coast but away from 'touristy' area so lovely and quiet. My room was great with my own balcony and sitting room as well as bathroom and bed room. Part of a family house.
Staff exceeded my expectations by coming out to find me when my SatNav went wrong!
