열쇠를 안에 놓고 나와 고생은 했으나 전반적으로 친절한 매니저와 깨끗하고 취사가 가능한 장점을 가지고 있다.
혼자 지내기에는 약간 으스스하기도 하지만 ... 참고로 난방 문제는 어떻게 해결하는지 의문 ...
따뜻한 물을 사용하지 못하고 나왔다.
찾기가 애매한 것도 단점이지만 지하철, 트램, 버스 역에서 그리 멀지 않다
